After all this work with teams and research into secondary sources, Ale has come to the conclusion that a team is constantly changing, so its development is not linear. This means that there is a whole world of ways to manage it. In the book, Ale talks about the phases in which a team can fluctuate and provides practical solutions so that a leader can become a change identifier who knows how to adapt to lead his team towards an efficient and self-managed one.
