It’s normal to find it difficult in bringing up problems with your team

If you’re a natural at it — lucky you! But if you’re that teammate who knows that there’s something wrong, but doesn’t know exactly what it is or the teammate who’s too hesitant to express how they feel towards the situation, we get you. It’s a common problem that many, if not, all teams face, especially in this uncertain and isolating times. There really is no other way to face this friction other than dealing it face to face, and that’s a good thing because it helps a team grow into a stronger and empathetic one.

We believe that true reflection allows teams to be more self-aware, and therefore, efficient and proactive in solving their team friction.

A lot has changed in this world and the Triggers world

Today, Triggers has grown to become what we like to describe as a process-focused think tank that’s committed to making teamwork in organisations more efficient and human.

This transition happened naturally since we launched our Creative Process Design book. It has led us to partner up and collaborate with agencies and brands such as UENO, New York and Cocolab, Mexico to name a few, to facilitate in improving better teamwork inside their organisations. Through all of this process, an epiphany came about to contribute to making teamwork more accessible and inclusive. Hence, the Reflection Cards came about.

How the Reflection Cards work

Our Reflection Cards is a series of direct tools focused on helping teams and organisations to spot and talk about difficult and often forgotten conversations. These cards offer a great way to bring up these problems to the table and examine them without judgment.
